Booklet of prayers that belonged to Bibi Khanum [Sayyidah Fatimah Baygum], the mother of Mirza Masʻud Khan and the grandmother of Muhammad Hasan Masʻudi Khurasani, known as Aqa Sardar. The writing on the edge of the first page reads: "this booklet of prayers belonged to Bibi Khanum, who was the mother of Mirza Masʻud Khan. [My father] gave this to me so that while reading the prayers, I pray for my grandmother and ask God to bless her. Letters about property management in Karbala’
Two letters to Haji ‘Abd Allah, the merchant from Yazd: in the first letter (1905), Karbalayi writes about the destruction of the religious tombs in Karbala’ and notes that because of the current situation, there are less pilgrims and no demand for Haji ‘Abd Allah's houses except by the widows. He is asking for permission to rent the houses to these wealthy women for three lira per year; in the second letter (1919) from Najaf, the writer complains about the difficulties in managing the properties of Haji ‘Abd Allah in Karbala’.

Will of Hajiyah Aqa, 1868
Hajiyah Aqa, daughter of Asad Allah Khan Shirazi, transfers all her properties to Khadijah Sultan Khanum, daughter of Haji Mirza Muhibb ʻAli Shirazi, provided that Khadijah Sultan Khanum sacrifice a sheep every year on ʻId-i Qurban. The second part is her will, in which she talks about the details of her funeral.

Haji Mahdi Aqa the merchant from Salmas, the son of Haji ‘Abd al-Karim the merchant, has assigned his nephew, Haji Mirza Aqa Muhammad Riza the merchant, as the executor of his will and Haji ‘Ali Aqa the merchant as the overseer.
